These are the family names that run PMV Installations Inc. This company is both family -owned, and family-operated.

Alejandro E. Mendez

Director of Operations

I began in this business at around 18 years old, working as a floor worker operating a scissor lift and throwing up beams. After a while, my dual linguism and strong attitude had me communicating with the crew lead and client, and eventually I was leading my own crew on the floor. I served as a foreman for a year or so before training foremen myself and acting as project manager for various projects for several years. Eventually my tact and drive to meet our clients needs lead me to my most recent promotion as Director of Operations. I now train and supervise the new project managers, manage the larger PMV projects, and maintain consistent training for the foremen.

Alejandro Preciado

Vice President of Operations

One of the owners and founders of PMV. Preciado was working on the field for an Installations company through a Temp agency and saw firsthand how workers were being treated unfairly in the field. It was this problem that helped him understand that there was a need for a solution in the market. Thus, he approached the other two owners for an opportunity to better the workers' conditions and treatment. He is a collector of strange artifacts, a golfer, a father, and pool player in his free time.

Vice President of Human Resources

A founder and owner of PMV. Mendez has always been known to be a man with great work ethic, and his resume shows it! Working in almost every labor field you can think of, he has been a self-made man always gearing for the next opportunity until an unfortunate accident left him disabled. After a settlement was made, he was able to take the misfortune and turn it into a blessing; launching PMV into fruition with his full time devotion and attention to care.

Guillermo Villasenor

Vice President of Administration

A former engineer working for a processing factory in their maintenance department; Guillermo has traveled and knows how to take anything apart and put it back together (this has come in handy with operational equipment repairs!) Mr. Villasenor has brought with him the tact and logical thinking of an engineer, helping process the harder business logistics of PMV Villasenor has been a great asset to the company.

Giovany Preciado

Director of Human Resources

Part of the younger generation of PMV, Giovany was introduced into PMV as a worker- his smooth talking and connection with the workers prompted him to rise as a leader amongst his peer- it's his strong will to do the right thing and uphold PMV's policies and rules that placed him as Director of H.R. He serves this role with the commitment of keeping all of PMV's workers up to standard and maintaining a consistent quality of work throughout PMV Temps'

Another financing expert at PMV, Gisselle handles all accounting matters that pertain to PMV Installations. Holding up the backbone of PMV Installation Inc's administration department.

PMV knows hard work, it was bred by it. Coming into this country with hope and strong attitudes, the owners of PMV worked hard to make a life in one of America's toughest industrial cities- Chicago.

Following a straight path to citizenship, the young owners threw themselves into their work: Warehouse equipment and storage installations. Only discipline and grit pushed the owners to excel in their field.

This company is a testament to their determined attitudes; after realizing that they had spent their whole lives working in this field, they knew it was time to work for themselves.

Warehouse equipment and storage installations is PMV line's of work. It has been even before PMV was officially mandated.
